At Lakshmi Kumari International Sugar Studio & Campus (ISSC), we strive to provide the highest quality training and services. Please read our refund guidelines carefully before enrolling:

Course Fees Are Non-Refundable
Once a student has registered and made the payment, course fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Transfer to Another Batch
Students may request to transfer to another batch only if seats are available and the request is made at least 7 days before the starting date of the course.

Cancellation by ISSC
If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by ISSC due to unavoidable reasons, students will be offered either a fee transfer to a new batch or a full refund.

Absence or Dropouts
Missing classes, personal schedule changes, travel, work commitments, illness, or any other personal reasons will not qualify for a refund.

Workshops & Special Events
Payments for workshops, short programs, and events (including Colombo International Icing Show & Graduation) are non-refundable.
